Pearl's warm welcome set the tone for a good stay. Our spacious, sparkling clean room was complemented by an extensive breakfast with hot and cold options. The inviting atmosphere and delicious food make this place a gem worth returning to.

The hotel was clean and staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating, everything was brand-new. Our room was brand-new and spacious and bathroom was clean. Had a perfectly pleasant stay here.

Location: the hotel was close to the Virginia Creeper Trail, and a historic area with the Virginia Creeper Trail being nearby for use by hikers and cyclists. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson. We got a room with bathtubs...

A breakfast to remember

Each morning, we were greeted by a good spread that was just like a warm hug. The staff's kindness.

The walls were quite thin, and we often found ourselves awake from the noise next door, which disrupted the cozy ambiance we hoped for.

The hotel was clean with favourable location right off I-81 and fully functional rooms. Location: the property was near Virginia Creeper bike trail, the city center and 7 good Antique Malls...

Request extra towel bars for drying when reusing towels. It really makes a difference during longer stays.

The breakfast had many delicious options, including scrambled eggs and sausage. My room was very clean and cozy. The staff was engaging and helpful. A good experience 😊

I could hear conversations and activities from neighboring rooms clearly, which disrupted my peace. The timing of housekeeping visits also didn't meet my expectations. I learned that they don't come by daily for fresh towels or emptying the trash. Still, the location was convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. I had a pleasant experience despite a few issues.
